A: Yes! All Rynmedy skin butters are handmade using natural, organic ingredients that are gentle on the skin and free of parabens, phthalates, alcohol, and synthetic fragrances.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Absolutely. Our formulas are designed to be gentle, hydrating, and calming—especially for those with sensitive or dry skin types.
Q: How should I store my whipped skin butter?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our butters are made without synthetic stabilizers, they may soften or melt in high temperatures, but don't worry, they still work beautifully.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer U.S. shipping, local delivery in the Columbia, SC area for a small fee, and free local pickup.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard flat-rate shipping is $5.95. We also offer free shipping on orders over $65.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Local deliveries are completed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates via email.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes! Free local pickup is available. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our secure checkout. We also accept cash payments for in-person transactions
Q: Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped or prepared yet, we may be able to help. Please email us at support@rynmedyskincare.com as soon as possible.
We want you to love your Rynmedy products as much as we love making them. Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our skincare, we do not accept returns or process refunds at this time. All apparel products are final sale.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery at support@rynmedyskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
